A Five Week Fitness For Cyclist Series

Join us for a 5 week fitness curriculum designed for wanna be cyclists and cyclists at any level. This series begins with an indoor group ride to measure our output and review form. The next 3 weeks we will participate in fitness exercises specifically designed for cyclists to strengthen our core, glutes and build endurance. The workshop concludes with the same group ride we completed week one to record improvements over the course the series.


What does this mean for you?

Better shifting, pedal stroke, strength and conditioning. Tailored to your personal cycling fitness level. No prior ride or exercise experience needed.

  • If you are not yet cycling or new to it, join us!
  • If you are looking to improve your fitness and cycling level, join us!
  • If you are a master at long mileage and steep climbs, join us!
  • If you want to have fun doing a heart healthy activity with an awesome group of people with similiar interests, join us!

The Low Down

This group ride is for women and female identifying individuals only. The series fee is $100 for five sessions designed to scale with individual needs. Registration is a must. Full payment is due upon registration.

Non competitive vibe, group support, positive attitude, laughing out loud and fun-times will occur!

Meet at CrossFit 1939 studio for group exercise designed specifically for cyclist and general body conditioning. Small group with personal trainer. Outdoor boutique gym.
