Group Bike Ride: Green-Wood Cemetery

Greenwood_Sculpture.jpg

Our September group ride takes us to the beautiful + historic Green-Wood Cemetery. We'll lock our bike and wander through the picturesque landscape observing a hand full notable sculptures and sites found in this Gothic Revival gem!

Once a Revolutionary War battlefield, this sprawling, 478-acre cemetery is the final resting place of the wizard himself, actor Frank Morgan, Leonard Bernstein, Jean-Michel Basquiat and many other known figures.

If you are not yet on a bike but are interested in cycling please come out and meet us at Green-Wood Cemetery 25th Street entrance @11:15am. Green-Wood Cemetery is reachable by car and/or public transportation.

This is a FREE EVENT. CitiBike Friendly. Open to w/t/f/gnc folk only. REGISTRATION is REQ'D.
