Group Bike Ride - Ride for Pride!

Bethesda Fountain

Sunday, June 19th

Ride for Pride!

In honor of Pride Month we will ride to popular and lesser known LGBT destinations selected by the team from the NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project. Our first stop will be the Bethesda Fountain:

"Sculptor Emma Stebbins designed her Angel of the Waters masterpiece  the earliest public artwork by a woman in New York City  in the 1860s while living in Rome with her lover Charlotte Cushman, the leading star of the American and British stages." - nyclgbtsites.org

Our ride starts from Sunset Park, Brooklyn, with ride pick-ups in Park Slope and Midtown.

Cost: $10 per person. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to nyclgbtsites.org in support of the incredible work they're doing to document and commemorate influential LGBT sites throughout the city.
